2029 Teams

Coach Cahill, Moore, McClellan, Rodriguez, & Siesel:

*Our next practice will be Wednesday March 19th 7 - 8:30pm at Cedar Point Sports Center.  The rest of the schedule is on our practice schedule page.  These teams will go at the same time most weeks and will open with a group warm-up focused on speed, agility and jumping.

*Since Coach Moore is still coaching at the Final 4 and hasn't seen the players we will split the teams at the Wednesday practice.  We will start all together and seperate into groups after 30 minutes. 

*If you are NOT on the list or cannot make it you need to reach out to Coach Cahill prior to Wednesday at 419-650-8110. 

*All 3 teams will practice some at both Cedar Point and the Fremont Rec.
